A prestigious contract with The Post Office meant WSP Facilities Management’s move to their new offices would need to be planned for zero downtime.

Due to a series of setbacks WSP found themselves with four weeks remaining to plan, implement and relocate their award winning Call Centre Operation. Working on the understanding that call centre work can often be repetitive, tiring, high in stress and that productivity is often related directly to staff comfort levels the following issues were carefully evaluated, and addressed;
