The objective of this joint venture between the site owner and developer was to produce a mixed use development that intensified the use of the site. The solution was to create additional office space while releasing a substantial portion of the site for residential development that would fund the new office accommodation.

Thinking Space developed a masterplan that optimised the use of the site and created a dense residential development that produces private external spaces protected and defined by the structural cast stone fins that give the building a robust character that sits well in this traditionally industrial area. The approach was welcomed by the planners within this conservation area.
