This office building occupies a tight site to the North of Old street offering prime office space on the northern edge of the city. To maximise the potential of the site, the building rises to ten storeys on the City road frontage accentuating the axis created by the curve of the road. The circulation spine creates interest and movement giving the building a presence without being out of scale.
